The methodology
Lewis Deep Democracy (LDD) is a globally recognized facilitation method for inclusive decision-making, helping groups hear all voices, integrate minority wisdom, and resolve conflict by addressing underlying emotions and dynamics, making it a top tool for leaders, organizations, and consultants worldwide to foster buy-in and innovation. Developed by psychologists Myrna and Greg Lewis in South Africa, it's used across business, politics, and education to transform challenges into opportunities for growth by surfacing hidden perspectives and moving beyond simple majority rule.
FACILITATOR
PAYAM YUCE ISIK
The course will be led by Payam Yuce Isik, an executive and team coach with over 25 years of experience.Prior to her current role, she worked as a HR management consultant in global consultant firms such as Andersen, Ernst&Young and also as a HR Manager in Microsoft’s Middle East & Africa Regional office and HR Director in Sabanci Holding. In 2011 she founded Tribe together with two of her colleagues with a common ambition to strengthen leadership, relationship and organisational capability.She has been practicing and teaching Lewis Deep Democracy since 2012 and applies these skills in her consulting, facilitation and coaching.
